About the Trainer

Ivanina Ivanova

Ivanina’s background in the fields of agility, psychology, education and management has been a perfect combination for the teams and organizations she is working with as an agile coach and consultant. In addition, it has been a game changer for her role as Agile Elevator Academy Lead, making the difference for more than 1500 participants in over 20 different trainings and education programs she has facilitated throughout her career for various companies and target audiences worldwide. Experienced in both live and online moderation, Ivanina is always curious about discussing new industry trends and how best to utilize them to enhance the daily lives and learning experience of people.

Ivanina’s main responsibility is to help organizations, teams and individuals adopt agile practices and methods to foster more effective, transparent and cohesive collaboration among the people involved. This is paramount on many levels, especially for enhancing the quality of the products, solutions and services being developed, and for ensuring that they actually meet the end-users’ needs by taking into consideration their feedback and surrounding environment.

Iva thinks that implementing agile practices requires a good basis – first and foremost, everyone involved needs to share the same understanding behind the concept of an “agile mindset”. Once we know its meaning, why it is important, what the agile values and principles are and how to manifest them, we can leverage it to the fullest. Thus creating a culture shift on an organizational level and helping both the people and the environment to thrive in this so-called “VUCA world”.
