At Kaufland Bulgaria, we had the pleasure of conducting the “Agile Awareness” training twice in our office with facilitator Ivanina Ivanova (Agile Elevator Academy Lead) from the Schwarz IT Bulgaria team.
The feedback from participants was extremely positive – colleagues not only highly appreciated the content and delivery style, but also shared that they would gladly recommend the training to other teams.

The training itself is interactive, engaging, and presented in a modern, clear, and colorful way. It successfully lays the foundations of Agile thinking – what the methodology represents and how we can apply it in our daily work so that it brings real benefits to us.

The presentation is accompanied by interesting practical examples, discussions, and simulations that make it easier to understand the concepts. Ivanina leads with confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to participants, creating an atmosphere of openness and engagement. She manages to put even colleagues without previous Agile experience at ease and encourages them to ask questions and seek connections between Agile principles and their real work environment.

The training is an excellent starting point both for beginners and for teams that want to build a shared understanding of the basics of Agile and prepare for further development in this direction.

We recommend it to organizations looking for a practical and inspiring way to start their agile transformation or simply to “awaken” interest in the topic within their teams.
